Tony's House Rules
Welcome to the Team!
1. The Golden Rule
Our goal is to foster an atmosphere filled with fun, comfort, and good memories. We love our guests, and we love our team! Treat your servers, bartenders, and fellow diners with the same warmth you'd want to show and we promise to always do our best and do right by every person that comes in our doors to give us a chance.
2. Follow the Host: That's our Quarterback
Please wait for our host to guide you to your table. Sneaking ahead or playing "musical chairs" by swapping tables without assistance creates a huddle in the dining room and delays service. Please note: If you seat yourself or try to slide into a table that is leaving without the host, we will have to have you move and go to the end of the wait line at the front. If you need to accommodate a larger group or have special accessibility needs, just let our host know—we want to say yes, and we're happy to handle the heavy lifting and move the furniture for you!
3. Gathering the Whole Crew (The 20-Minute Rule)
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to keep things fair for everyone. If you have a big family gathering or a large party that requires multiple tables, we ask that your entire crew arrives within 20 minutes of being called. We want to get you seated together, but we can't hold empty tables hostage while other hungry fans are waiting in line!
4. Made to Order
Good things take time! Most items on our menu are prepared fresh and cooked to order—you'll never find our food sitting under a heat lamp. During peak game-day rushes, service times may vary slightly, so sit back, look over our menu, check out a game, and relax.
5. Custom Requests & Keeping It Right
We always aim to please! If you have a creative alteration or want to add a bunch of extras to a menu item, our kitchen will do its absolute best to build it for you. Because special additions do carry extra costs, please feel free to clarify any pricing with your server before placing your order. Please note that food prepared correctly to our standard recipes cannot be sent back simply due to personal preference—read our descriptions carefully, or ask your server for a great recommendation!
6. Safety First: Food Sensitivities & Allergies
Your well-being is our top priority. If you or a family member have severe food sensitivities or allergies, please inform your server immediately before ordering so our kitchen can take extra precautions. While we do everything we can to protect our guests, we operate a busy, open kitchen and cannot completely guarantee the absolute absence of cross-contamination.
7. Supervision on the Sidelines (Family Safety)
We absolutely love seeing the next generation of fans enjoying the Trophy Room! For the safety of our littlest team players, our busy staff carrying hot trays, full drinks, and glassware, along with everyone else in the dining room, we kindly ask that kids stay at the table with their families at all times. Thank you for helping us keep the playing field safe and clear for everyone!
8. Our Kitchen, Our Menu
We take pride in our food and beverage selection, so we kindly ask that you leave outside food, picnic lunches, and external drinks at home. If you are celebrating a milestone and want to bring in a special birthday cake, please coordinate with our manager ahead of time so we can help you celebrate properly!
9. Fresh Air & Staying Present
To keep our indoor air fresh and clean for children and families, smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the premises. If you need to step outside to a designated exterior area, please keep an eye on the clock! Seats at our busy bar spaces can only be held for a maximum of 10 minutes before they are passed along to the next thirsty patron.
10. Supporting Our Hard-Working Team
Tipping for full table service is a valued tradition that directly supports the servers and bartenders who take care of you throughout your visit. If you've received great care, showing your appreciation through a tip keeps our team motivated to serve you best. If there is ever an issue with your experience, please ask to speak directly to a manager so we can fix it on the spot!
Want to share your great experience? A 5-star review gives our employees bonuses!
11. Drive Like a Champion: ID & Alcohol Policies
We want all of our adult fans to have a fantastic time, but safety and the law always come first. Please know your limits and enjoy our bar selection responsibly. If you are enjoying a few drinks, we strongly encourage designating a driver or using a local ride-sharing service. If you're the designated driver for a group, let us know, your meal is on us!
To protect our team and our business, our strict company policy is that all customers MUST have a physical ID to order alcohol.
No Digital IDs: We do not accept images or copies of IDs on phones.
We Card Everyone: Your appearing age does not matter; a valid physical ID is always required.
Expiration Checks: We check expiration dates closely—expired IDs cannot be accepted.
Red Flags: If your ID has a red flag of any kind, or contains text stating "Under 21 Until [Date]," you must provide a second, valid backup form of identification to order alcohol.
Let's look out for one another and ensure everyone gets home safely to play another day!
12. Event Guidelines & Spend Minimums
We love bringing our community together for incredible events, and we never charge a door cover fee to join the action! However, to keep these events going and our local business alive, we do require a $15 spend minimum per adult participating in any event. Thank you for teaming up with us to keep the entertainment alive!
